This blend of Costa Rica and Sumatra  gives you bright acidity, smooth mouthfeel, and floral notes of the Costa Rica bean combined with the dark, earthy, and big body of Sumatra.

Just like our flagship blend of Headwaters Roasting, Upper St Croix Blend, only in DECAF! Our roastery is located in Solon Springs, WI – nestled on the shores of the clean and clear Upper St. Croix Lake, which is the headwaters for the wild and beautiful St. Croix river.  We think this blend captures the soul of these pristine northern waters.
