Namekagon Blend – Medium Roast

This past summer we paddled the Namekagon River with our dear friends (and coffee geeks!) Scott and Erin.  We designed this blend after our trip while the memory of the cold, clear water and pristine wilderness of this river was still resonating.  Our Namekagon blend combines the crisp, clean taste of the Colombian bean with the wild, earthy, and natural taste of the Ethiopian bean.  Jane perfected a medium roast for this blend that produces a flavorful cup that is smooth with bright acidity and a velvety aftertaste.
