Brule Blend – Dark Roast

Brule Blend highlights the best attributes of our Colombian Excelso and Guatemala Atitlan beans.  We roast this blend dark and achieve a smoky, velvety, and big mouthfeel without a trace of bitterness.  Brule Blend is named in honor of what might be the most beautiful and wild 44 miles of river in the US.  The Brule Bois river originates near Solon Springs in NW Wisconsin just a short hike from our roastery, and flows northerly to its mouth on the south shore of Lake Superior.  Here’s a bit more information for the curious adventurer:
